We want to encourage greater use of social suppliers within our supply chains; not only do they offer competitive, quality services, but they also reinvest into communities, create opportunities for marginalised people in society and address important environmental issues. That’s what sets them apart, and that’s what we want to embed into every construction project.
Mark Robinson - SCAPE group chief executiveThe opportunity for social suppliers across the construction sector by joining The Social Partnership Portal is huge. We are delighted to have created a single place where buyers can connect with social suppliers to help invest in communities and boost local economies. We would encourage buyers and suppliers to join the portal and help maximise social value across the industry.
